Thankful

On days like this when I feel less than wonderful and it seems like the whole world is coming apart at the seams, I try to concentrate on the little things. There's so much to be thankful for:
  • My family who loves me no matter what
  • My doggie who is a snuggler-most-excellent
  • My cozy nest
  • A hot pot of rose tea and a warm blanket
  • A wonderful book
  • Knitting
  • My journal
And the knowledge that life has a way of working itself out and that tomorrow will be better

I DO hope that whatever is making today less than desirable goes away and does NOT return!

Does it help you feel any better knowing that I am positively jealous of your opportunity, however germ-induced, to stay at home by yourself, snuggle with your doggy and knit/read/nap/sip tea? Seriously! My kingdom for a quiet day without any humans around!

We are thankful to have you as our friend! William's pumpkin hat was HUTE hit on Halloween! Be careful or you might start getting orders if we give out your name and number. :)

And we're simply thankful to have you in our lives! Hope you're feeling back up to snuff soon - Brinks keeps asking when Ben is coming to visit. Take care, and hope to hear from you again soon!!!
