Diva Challenge: Dreamcatcher by Daniel Lamothe

This week's Diva challenge was fun! It was to use Daniel Lamothe's tangle pattern called Dream Catcher. Click on the name then scroll to the bottom of Daniel's blog page and you'll see the pattern step out.

The pattern reminded me of a doily which inspired my drawing.
A while ago, I got hooked on Daniel's Knight Star pattern and did the piece below.

I'd like to see many, many more patterns from this young guy in the future!

This is a very nice interpretation of the weekly challenge. I like your special dreamcatcher very much.

I love how you filled your Dreamcatcher, and that Knight Star is gorgeous with its purple gems!

Both interpretations of Daniel's patterns are stunning. You have a gift for colour too.

I like the dreamcatcher being not in the center.

Your Dreamcatcher does look like a doily! The other with the gems is beautiful!
