Maple Leaf Socks and Yard Sale Treasure

Not much time to post. It's been a heckuva weekend, but wanted to post a picture of Mr. Bee's finished Maple Leaf socks and an awesome lighthouse tapestry that I found at a yardsale this weekend for $2! It totally goes in our Master Bedroom!

Went yard sale-ing and to the Alpaca festival on Saturday with friend-D and then Mr. Bee's folks came down from Marshfield way today for a visit so we went to lunch and to see Mr. Bee's new office....and played with Ben of course! Was a nice day. Now I'm going to catch up on laundry!

The socks turned out great! And great yard saling find. I skipped the Alpaca Fest this year. I've got a cold and it was a hectic weekend.

Those socks are great...I love the pattern. I forgot to mention that I love all your quilts, too. I've tried quilting but just don't have the patience. About the Diamond Drop Lace Dishcloth...the pattern is by KnitWits. I looked on their site but couldn't find it. You can join the Monthly Dishcloth group and get the pattern through them (link on my blog) or I found this pattern that's very similar except for the border...http://wishingiwasknitting.blogspot.com/2007/04/happy-green-day.html. It's called Bridal Shower Lace Cloth.
